TAPROOM INFORMATION

The taproom is open! We are pleased to share that we are once again opening the taproom for sit down service. This has not been an easy journey and we know it isn’t over yet, but we appreciate the continued support and love we have received over the past year and we look forward to continuing to make new beers, serve new friends and share some good times.

There are some new rules and regulations that we must follow in order to do so in a safe way that prioritizes the health and wellbeing of our staff and guests. Please take a look at our taproom policies found below.

Welcome to Zero Issue Brewing!

  • If you have any symptoms of Covid-19, have come in contact with someone who has Covid-19, or have traveled outside the country in the last 14 days, we ask that you not come in and return another time

  • Please have your mask on before entering the building

  • Please wait to be seated by a staff member

  • We take contact information from at least one person per table for contact tracing

  • We will do a temperature check on everyone staying for a pint

  • Guests are asked to remain seated for the duration of their stay unless getting up to use the washroom, otherwise we bring everything to you

  • Anytime you are not seated, you must have your mask on and maintain proper social distancing measures

  • Hand sanitizer is available throughout the taproom and on every table, please use frequently

  • If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask, we apologize, but we will not be able to host you in the taproom. We would be happy to help you with offsales or direct you to our online store for delivery or pick up.

  • Our team is working hard to provide you with a safe and enjoyable experience, despite the additional rules. This is not a space to vent frustrations or be unkind to one another. If you can’t or don’t want to follow the rules and be respectful, you will be asked to leave.
